TopEnergy provided to solve solar panel structure for more than 20 farm in Japan

During 2022, TopEnergy will provide more than 20 farm solutions in Nagasaki, Tochigi, Ibaraki and other PV regions in Japan. Combination of photovoltaics and agriculture is an inevitable trend in the Japanese market in the solar industry.

Japan’s solar PV capacity has increased more than 18 times since the country’s commitment to diversify its electricity mix away from nuclear power after 2011 fukushima disaster.

In the past，solar energy is mainly laid out in many Rooftop and Ground-mountinged conventional cases , but for agriculture on the layout of relatively little in Japan solar energy market. The main problem is that agriculture has more stringent and demanding requirements for PV mounting bracket structure.

Solar PV agriculture is a new type of agriculture that widely applies solar power generation to modern agricultural planting, breeding, irrigation, pest control and agricultural machinery power supply. Especially in the field of planting, the combination of solar PV and crops needs to pay attention to the reasonable distribution of sunlight.

The project solution is taken triangular frame farm mounting bracket structure. There are relatively high requirements for light transmission, terrain, high from the ground, etc. In the design process, because of the high ground clearance, then the stability of the support structure is required to be higher.Each column of solar panel is spaced with a piece of panel-sized space between them, and there is enough space between each row. All these are to be able to combine crops and sunlight.

The project solution is also taken triangular frame farm mounting bracket structure.But the project case does not have such high requirements for light transmittance rate.Just have enough space between each line.

The solar farm project solution is taken special bracket structure which does not use the triangular bracket.It is improved from the ordinary shelf table structure, the overall height from the ground.Light transmission rate is accomplished by adjusting the gap between solar panels.
