Spiral ground screw piles are generally cut off, deformed, welded, pickled, hot-dip galvanized, and other processes to produce qualified ground screw piles, of which pickled, hot-dip galvanized is an important anti-corrosion treatment process that directly affects the service life of spiral ground screw piles.
The level of ground screw pile processing directly determines the service life of metal ground screw piles, such as the quality of the selected welded pipe, the quality level of welding, whether there are sand eyes, false welding, the width of welding, all these affect the future service life of ground piles and the quality of subsequent processing, pickling is an important anti-corrosion basic process, while the quality of hot-dip galvanizing, such as the time of hot plating, good or bad surface treatment, all affect the quality of anti-corrosion treatment of ground screw piles. In general, spiral ground screw piles can be used for 40-80 years. Whether the use process is proper or not, improper use can lead to the destruction of the surface of the metal ground screw pile, so that the metal protective layer is destroyed, leading to the acceleration of the corrosion of the metal ground screw pile and reducing the service life.
